Areas currently served within Michigan include: Allegan County, Lake County, Kent County, Mason County, Manistee County, Mecosta County, Montcalm County, Muskegon County, Newaygo County, Oceanna County, Ottawa County and Van Buren County. 

Other areas outside of this normal service area may also be served upon prior request and prior approval on a case-by-case basis. An additional mileage rate may also apply to areas outside of the normal service area.
